What happened: I ordered * Michelin steering tires from your Newnan Ga. ** market place drive ***** on*Friday Nov. ** ****.*Sence I ordered them they made me pay for them. Said they would be in Sat. More than likely. Saturday came and went ,no call from pep boys. So Sunday I called and was told they arrived ** minutes ago. This was at *:** pm*I told them I’m coming to have them put on*Spencer T said okay. When I got there Spencer T*Said there were * cars ahead of me and they couldn’t do it. I got there at *:**, ** minutes before closing. Now he lied to me about the * cars being ahead of me. He lied to me about them being delivered on Sunday. Tire warehouses are closed on Sunday. The lazy *** did everything possible to keep from having tires I had already paid for put on my vehicle.*So sence y’all want to keep those tires I’m gonna let you. Spencer T said he couldn’t credit back my card and give me my refund either.*Sence we know he’s nothing but a liar now, I’m sure he was lying to me about that to.*I want my money or credit card refunded to me asap and y’all keep those tires,have them bronzed and put them on Spencer’s fireplace mantle. These lazy *** people you hire is gonna be your downfall . I want my pep boys card refunded and after that you close the account.*I’m thru with y’all . All the tires I’ve bought from y’all and been such a good repeat customer,I see doesn’t mean **** to y’all.*Never do business with you again.*And give Spencer T a raise why don’t you.*Thanks. What happened: Okay I went to Pep Boys in Henderson Nevada bought a set of tires and they said I had a bad alternator put the tires on drop the van back the next day for the alternator paid for an oil change mechanic drop the alternator damaging the coolant line to cool the oil in the engine down he claims he caught his Reign snagged it he dropped the alternator and they paid for the part said my car is running and ready to pick up the next day I picked up my vehicle drove * mile the car died they fried the computer coil wire's CO* sensor changed my computer out without my permission with a used one still couldn't get it running one of them off the property called Nissan dealership at at told you them he said it was so messed up side both computers All Electronics we'll have a complete diagnostic done by Friday for full extent of damage I have a case number of ***-**** I've called corporate three times sent messages to the regional three times and still had no call back from Regional please, I Need Top Management to Please Call me ASAP.. thank you very much Michael Dominice sr I am a disabled Vet & had a triple bypass. this is horrible He Destroyed my Van!!
